Kaziranga National Park is known worldwide for its one horned rhinoceros, large herds of wild elephants, swamp deer, wild buffalo, and rich birdlife. The tall grasslands, wetlands, and riverine forests along the Brahmaputra create a habitat that supports a huge range of species.
