A jeep can take a maximum of six guests and two small children below five years.
Elephant safari seats are very limited and must be booked early.

Safari Booking Procedure

You can book your Kaziranga safari by checking the available dates on our website and selecting the zone and timing that suits you. If you prefer help with the booking, you may call or WhatsApp us and we will arrange the permit.

Safari timings change with the season. The forest department may adjust the timing if needed. Elephant safaris run in the morning only and the seats fill fast.

Kaziranga is divided zone wise. Only a fixed number of jeeps enter each zone in every round. Booking early helps you secure the zone you prefer.

The park remains closed from May to October during the monsoon. Safaris reopen after the water recedes.

Important Information for Online Booking

Advance booking can be done up to 90 days before the safari date.
Visitor name, age, and ID proof are required during booking.
Foreign travellers must carry passport for verification.
Once booked, permits are non refundable and non transferable.
Carry the same original ID that was used during booking.
Jeep capacity is limited to six guests.
Do not carry any item that may cause disturbance in the forest.
Elephant safari availability depends on forest rules and seat quota.

Jeep Safari Timings

Morning Safari: Starts shortly after sunrise and lasts around 3-4 hours.
Evening Safari: Begins in the late afternoon and ends before sunset.

Key Rules for Kaziranga Jeep Safari

You can join only one safari per round.
Once the permit is issued, name and ID cannot be changed.
If booking fails because of a system issue or no seats, the amount is refunded.
Pickup is available if your stay is near the gate. Extra charges apply for distant areas.
Only official guides assigned by the department are allowed.
If you hold a single seat permit, jeep and guide charges must be paid at the gate.
Safari permits are not refundable and not transferable.
